South East Properties, specialising in Long Term Lettings and Holiday Lettings, was established by local Businessmen Trevor Murphy and Barry Bennett who, having examined how the market was currently being served by existing Agencies and considering the prevailing economic climate, particularly the adverse impact it is having on Mortgage Holders, Landlords and Tenants, decided,  that the potential for a  focused,  driven and affordable Letting Management Company with Customer Service as the central ethos, was sorely needed.

South East Properties specialising in Long Term Lettings and Holiday Lettings concentrate solely on securing quality tenants for our clients. Our operational area is Wexford, encompassing Wexford Town surrounding areas and stretching towards Rosslare Strand and onwards to Rosslare Harbour.

We are an independent professional Letting Agency, we are not Auctioneers or Estate agents nor indeed, Chartered Surveyors. Our central focus is and always will be the provision of quality Letting and Management services to our Clients.

We offer full Property Management Services including long term lettings and holiday lets.
